Thanks David. Excellent write-up and pictures. I love the look of the black on black with that nylon strap. Not many diver watches do much for me but I'm liking that one!

    Thanks Gents,

I really liked these..think it confirmed in my mind that a diver watch should have a bezel that matches the colour of the dial rather than a steel bezel. Moving outside of TAG Heuer, I never understood the obsession with the Rolex Daytona until i saw one with the black bakelite bezel...totally changes the look of the watch for the better.

Are these divers chronographs like the old Aquagraph, where the pushers have the same 300M water resistance as the case even when in use at depth? Just interesting because they're square pushers and most full depth divers go with round pushers with large specialised O-rings but the Aquagraph also shared these square pushers.

Don't think so. It's not mentioned in the specs, and I would have thought they would have made a big deal of pushing that feature if they had it. I'm still hoping for a genuine hard-core diver at some point....

For some reason, I can totally see this in 80s style black/steel/gold two-tone.

    Quick noob question.

Will it leak when pressing the chronograph/timer buttons when the watch in water?

Is it possible to replace the metal rear case to a crystal case?
