New Guy here--question about Rose Watch Co

Hello all,
After years of wondering about the origins of the watch pictured below, I am writing here to ask if there is anyone with knowledge of the Rose Watch Company and its products. I've assumed for years that this is a 1910s-1920s product of the Heuer-Freund cooperation, but realize it may be pre-Heuer. Note, it does not have 'Rose Watch Co.' imprinted anywhere on the watch, so I may be on the wrong track altogether. There is so little information available on-line (and, of course, searching for any watches with the term 'rose' in the search criteria reveals every manner of rose gold and gold-plated watch imaginable, whether Heuer or not). I thought some members of this forum may have info or, at least, be interested to see this.

It belonged to my great-grandfather and is in quite nice condition...some patina on the movement and minor damage to the dial are about the only flaws. It is quite thin; I have not begun to investigate the caliber used. The presence of the F/S indication on the balance cock suggests the movement was made for the English-speaking market (I'm nearly certain it was bought in the USA) rather than European (which would likely feature A/R). The case is US-made (I'll have to get a clear photo of the markings). I'm unsure whether the hands are original, though they are nearly identical in color. The mis-match of shape makes me question them, but I've seen no other examples of Rose watches (similar or otherwise) to provide any suggestion as to whether one hand or both have been changed. The dial pattern is likely pressed/embossed, rather than engraved.

Any comments are welcome.

Calibre 11 is on the case. In this article https://www.calibre11.com/history-of-heuer-i-foundation-1920s/ scroll down to the 1910s heading and read on.

There is some more here http://mrjoneswatches.blogspot.com/2012/08/1910-chronograph-rose-watch-co.html

and here https://www.rubylane.com/item/492053-gb996/Rose-Heuer-Watch-Company-14K-Gold

And several references to Rose in connection with Heuer and Freund here http://www.mikrolisk.de/show.php?site=280&suchwort=Rose&searchWhere=all#sucheMarker

Hope this helps, but perhaps you already had seen these sources.
