Sad to hear about Guy Semon departing TAG Heuer. If I remember correctly, he was instrumental in achieving and inventing alot of “haute horology” for TAG Heuer during the 2010s era of then CEO JC Babin. Other than the TH F1 ambassadors, this milestone in producing some of the Swiss Watch Industries technological marvel made me stick and be passionate about the brand.

I thank Guy Semon for all his contributions! More power to you sir 👍

Yeah wondering about that. Strong heritage between those two brands but Porsche are pretty good watch makers themselves with the Porsche Design subsiduary. Some co-branded stuff could be interesting but I wouldn’t expect for it to be groundbreaking in the history of Tag Heuer.

Must be the Porsche partnership then. Only really big news for die-hard Porsche/TAG fans and TAG marketing executives.

You never know, perhaps TAG Heuer will start manufacturing the Porsche watches, following past partnerships or Porsche Design with Orfina, IWC and Eterna.
