Need help with E3 reminders

Hello, all

I just received my new E3 from Tag Heuer last week and have been loving the premium feel of this piece. It has definitely been a learning curve, and I'm shocked that there is no real instruction manual for this watch but it is definitely quality. To my question: I cannot set a reminder. Every time I try i get the spinner and it never stops spinning, like it's loading but never loads. .Has anyone experienced this and, if so, is there a fix?
