my Calibre 17 goes too fast. 15 seconds per day. I will leave it to my dealer tomorrow. I really hate to be without my Heuer. I have to use a cheap watch for a week.
This is what Tag Heuer customer service pages state for accuracy tolerances: Quartz movement: between -1 and +11 seconds per month Standard automatic: between -5 and +20 seconds per day Chronometer: between -4 and +6 seconds per day So on that basis, you're within spec/tolerance. Hopefully they should be able to adjust and make it a bit more accurate, though - the movement should be capable of it.
All the ones I have go fast as well, except one that is slow. You will need to adjust them from time to time. Comes with the territory.
