Chaps,

I haven't been wearing by Link very much recently, so I was toying with the idea of moving it, to help fund some other targets I have in mind (chief amongst them a 1550SG)... The trouble is I have no idea what it's worth. There don't seem to be many on the market at the moment (that or I'm looking in all the wrong places) to gauge what I should be thinking of offering it for. So I'm turning to you guys to help me out.

It's a one owner watch - I bought it from an AD here in the UK back in 2003. It has been regularly serviced, and had its last one in mid 2015.

Yes, I know I need to cut my nails... 😲😀

So - what's the hive mind's opinion?

Cheers

Jason

Very nice- I looked into these a couple of weeks back when I wrote the Link article

Your best bet for pricing is to check out eBay...there tend to be a few listed there. From what I can see the Link and Monza Calibre 36s don't get the premium they probably deserve over the Calibre 16/ 17 models.

You can find a few Link Calibre 36 watches on Chrono24. I just went to Chrono24 (just "google" it) and typed in TAG Heuer Link Calibre 36 in the search function and four examples showed up. They appeared to be in (cosmetically) better condition than what I see in your pics, but all that is needed is a good polishing. I've noted that TAG Heuer doesn't do a polishing as a part of a full service (unlike Omega which does do a polishing of the case and bracelet). Anyway, it's a nice looking timepiece! Good luck.
