Monaco 69 dial restoration suggestion

I just purchased a Monaco 69 which has some damage on its dial. On the 12 and 1 markers, there seem to be some blemishes. The guy who I bought it from says that these can be painted over. I personally think that there is some damage here which requires a complete dial replacement. I know that if I send it to LVMH, they'll suggest a dial replacement (which would cost a bomb I guess). Just wanted to check here whether there are any views on ways to resolve this.

If dial paint/restoration can be done, any suggestions on the best place/person for this? Based in UK here.

Looks like the markers have been super glued on really badly!

I was going to say the hands are wrong, but a quick Google suggests they used two different hand sets on these......

I agree, looks like a botched job at reattaching markers with superglue. A new dial must surely be the only option

Looks unsalvageable to me. You could go for complete dial restoration but a replacement dial would be the better option.

Perhaps a watch repairer could have a go with a scalpel or the like? Could he make it worse looking.

Thanks boys. I think I'll bite the bullet and send it to LVMH to check what they say - most likely a dial change. A Monaco 69 dial is on ebay for 260£ - hoping its cheaper with LVMH.
