Interesting story on this one- there was a huge flap with Bernie Eccelstone because it was marketed as the "Singapore Grand Prix" edition, but TAG Heuer didn't pay anything to Bernie- in the end, I think this watch got pulled.
That's the reason you never see this series marketed as the "Formula 1"- it's always the "TAG Heuer Formula 1"
