Agree- first that I have seen of these.馃憤
@Aquagraph where are these photos from? Would love to use them. Any info on years?
Sorry for the late reply.
These Indy models were auctioned earlier this year. Luckily, I was able to get the green model, but I gave up because the pink one was so popular that it cost over $600. For this reason, I only have green.

According to my inquiry, the watch was distributed to the people related to Indy Japan held in 1998.
Since it was more than 20 years ago, he didn't remember how he got it.

At first, I thought it was just a watch with a sticker of the Indy logo on the dial, but I was convinced that these watches were real after the pink came out from another seller.

It actually looks quite nice. But I won't be encouraging my lady to beef up a bit to comfortably wear this any time soon.

Anybody else find it odd that they have a series of watches referred to as Formula 1 which are not chonometers?

Sun Valley Tour De Force WAZ2011*

the watch comes engraved with your 'Top Speed'. If you visit the 'Sun Valley Tour de Force' website you will see that this is an event held in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area, where
'3.2miles of national highway become a speed limit free zone for one day only'; so I guess you take whatever supercar you can lay your hands on, post your best time and they engrave it on your watch to commemorate your achievement.

This is nerdy but so damn cool!
