As a related question, there;s a crinkle in my leather strap exactly where the buckle is adjusted to...is there any way to make it better?

Also: I find the leather strap to be a bit less flexible than the rubber one, is that just the way it is? I didn't realize how much I liked the rubber strap until i wore it recently on my trip (cuz it was to cancun, so I was wearing the rubber strap the whole time). I really have to get the black rubber strap otherwise. (Orange is just ugly IMO).

I also feel my Calfskin strap more stiff and a bit less comfortable to wear compared to the Silicone straps.
Regarding your crinkle: I think that it's unavoidable and a result of normal wear.
