·It's always so interesting to see Mustangs and 911s at this one because the original ran only in the first half of the 1950s. But I guess it's just another round of the vintage car rally circuit these days, so all good I guess

I just enjoy seeing the colorful liveries and of course the modern day version of the race our Carrera was named after.

·I believe more road going than rally
Well, road rallies are a thing - the original Panamericana was one - but yes, these new editions of the old road races are more for the fun of exercising the wonderful old cars that originally ran them rather than out and out competition. The modern Mille Miglia, Targa Florio etc are all of this nature and so is La Carrera I imagine.

·Maybe one day I'll have the guts to get a custom Gulf wrap done on my own 911. Although I'd never hear the end of it from my wife (or my neighbors) if I did.
