I’m thinking about getting one of these. Does anyone have any experience with the piece?
Is it a little too thick?
Just need a bit of information before I push the buy button .
    Thanks guys

What's your wrist size? It is quite a thick watch so I wouldn't recommend it for smaller wrists if you intend to wear under a shirt cuff. Just because you have a small wrist doesn't mean you can't wear it. But it was borderline for me (6.75"), though, and I ended up passing.

    I have a 7.5 inch wrist
That watch looks great on your wrist!
I wanted that watch to start with when the AD sold it after I already paid for it.
    Nice explorer by the way
Was looking into getting an air king too.

I tried both of these on. They are a big watch for less than 7” wrist. I have a 170mm/6.75 inch wrist and found the 85th visually looked a bit more proportionate on my wrist. The standard one looked a bit too chunky being all black. To me the bezel insert looks thick, the added scale changes the proportion visually on the 85th. At 7.5 inches I feel you can pull either off no problem.

    panda would be my choice

Well I made a suggestion price and it’s been accepted.
    Just having a final think.
Nothing about me is small. 6’6” tall

    I say go for it!
It's a great looking watch. My favorite in the series is the Viceroy version, but the Jack Heuer panda is awesome too! They all are!
I kept looking at the Viceroy, but passed as I felt it was too tall on my wrist. But at 6'6", a tall watch should be no problem for you.

What’s the worst that could happen.
I find it too beautiful and crash my van because I’m not paying attention to the road

Do you reckon I would be able to trade it in easy enough a little further down the line if I wanted to

Seems like you're not sure if its the one. If you really prefer the reverse panda style, I would pass and keep looking until you find the "one".

I keep coming back to the Jack heuer one though. I do love it.
I think it’s because I’m not getting the whole trying it on experience

Yes, there's nothing like getting to try the watch on to help one decide. When I saw the Jack Heuer version in person I was very impressed. I'll be quite surprised if you don't love it.
