Is my Tag Hueur authentic?

Hi I have been gifted a tag hueur ladies watch and curious on it’s authenticity.
The number on the back I think is 946-013
It winds beautiful, has some serious glow in the dark power and has the noted tag hueur markings on the clasp, dial, face and back. Any help on value would be appreciated. Thank you

When you say 'it winds beautiful'.... that's somewhat surprising, I would have thought it had a battery in it.
