Is it worth fixing? Any thoughts on value?

I decided to take this watch to a watchmaker for repair.

It needs some significant work to restore it, but I am not sure the value is there.

He said It has a Lemania movement. I don’t believe Heuer used a Lemania in the day. Is it a Franken watch?

Does the Lemania movement destroy the resale value? If not, any thoughts on value both as is and repaired?

The dial looks pretty clean but not sure if it has been refinished. It looks like someone relumed the hands.

Any thoughts on whether Heuer would do the work on a Lemania movement?

Any wisdom would be appreciated.

I was also wondering if it might be a Lemania chrono with a borrowed Heuer dial? They look awful similar.
