·You already have all the tools to install them, pay attention to the tutorial and put the numbers that appear on the watch on the phone when sending them and with the Wi-Fi connected to the watch

Don’t copy/paste the links directly from the forum. Try this: click on the link to open it in Dropbox, then create a new link from there, and paste it to the WatchMaker app (Import Watch/Import from Link)
