How often do you service your watch/es?

That's ok Hubert. It might be worth checking if it is slightly magnetised. That will cause mechanical watches to run fast (but usually a lot faster). I would suggest maybe it needs a slight regulation however I'd leave it as it should move closer to zero as your watch ages & then slowly start losing time

2009 Aquaracer Quartz Watch, bought this new in April '09, have surfed, swum, windsurfed and snowboarded with this watch, battery went flat last month, so I pulled the back off to see what state it was in:


Never been apart before, totally mint internally and no evidence of any water ingression.

I have a submariner 1500 and a 2000 I recently replaced the battery myself with a Renata as well but i think the inner workings might need lube soon.
