Been a while since I used my E2 and have a new iPhone I cannot connect to bluetooth on my phone and I just get Unable to reconnect to Wear OS - any help would be greatly appreciated. Than you in advance for your help.
You need to factory reset the watch to be able to pair it to another phone. Go to Settings, then System, and you will find the option to disconnect and reset
You need to install the Wear OS app in your new iPhone, but it’s factory installed in the watch, so you just need to update it once the watch is paired to your new iPhone. After the watch factory reset, just follow the instructions from the watch screen. You will need WiFi connection to do it. This video may help you:
Albert, thank you for the video. However, for my E2 Connected 45, I cannot get past the bluetooth connection screen and I keep getting a cannot connect to Wear or connect to my Google Account from my watch
