I know that you will end up feeling repulsed by me if I do it but I think that my next watch might be a fake Heuer produced by Tag Heuer

Well that's fine, you go ahead.... but remember, I know where you live.

That's just what's showing on Hubert's pic grab. There's around 60+ comments in the actual instagram post and many votes for the Montreal too. I haven't done an actual count to see which one is winning, but at a glance, seems like the Silver might be.

Personally, I still can't decide which one I like better.

EDIT: So I was curious and did an actual count. Turns out the Montreal is currently leading 23 to 18 in votes.

Oh! Sorry about that! I’m a bit biased LOL 😁

But these two are quite literally stunning and awesome in their own right! Had to make a different choice after deciding on the Carrera Silver 160 instead of getting the Carrera Montreal. Something a bit more racy 😗😗

Silver FTW!
Yes, when the lighting is right to make the dial pop, the Silver is just absolutely gorgeous! But under different lighting, the silver dial can appear flat and lifeless to me. OTOH, the Montreal's panda color scheme looks consistent no matter the lighting, plus I'm just a sucker for pandas. Hence, I still can't decide which I like better.

Super duper nice! 🥰🥰🥰

I’d like to THANK and CONGRATULATE TAG Heuer for a well executed modern-day vintage-inspired Carrera!

Both vintage and modern Heuer / TAG Heuer collectors / enthusiasts will truly love this! ::rimshot::

I hope they keep the thinner markers. Those are the best.
Yes, but they are not too contrasting with the black dial.

Safest and most timeless pick. But easiest to disrupt with likely future clean editions. The Montreal tribute will most probably remain a quirky one-off as I don't see TH honouring the Montreal anytime soon again. We'll have to wait and see if it ages well. Perhaps other obscure Heuer classics will be revisited.

I wonder if the future 2447N re-edition will have the same changes?
Did I miss something? There's a 2447N re-edition coming?
