Help identifying fault

Hi,

I have a watched that stopped working, a calibre 17 Monaco, where a screw seems lose (see by the Wheel) and a small metal piece is lose (on TH letters). See image. Anybody that can help with a visual image/diagram where the screw and piece should be? Can it be fixed without sending to a Watch maker?

One of your securing screws and special washer to lock the movement into the case has come loose or broke off, the screw is on the balance and the special washer on the oscillating weight (on the TAG Heuer Calibre 17 Swiss Made gold toned text). You will find the correct spot for them under the oscillating weight, once you turn it after you have taken out the screw carefully and taken the washer off. Should be an easy fix if the screw hasn't broken off, but if it has, please bring it to a good watchmaker.
