    Hello--

I have considered buying a Heuer 1133 for some time now. I have recently encountered the below Heuer Monaco ref. 1133. Can anyone authenticate this watch for me. I have never seen a dial such as this one before, however everything else seems to be okay. The ref. number is begins with a 163XXX

Can someone with superior Heuer knowledge verify this for me! Thank you in advance for any and all help!

Hi- I wrote this a while back

    http://www.calibre11.com/original-heuer-monaco-1133b-blue-mcqueen/

In short, definitely avoid this watch. Dial has been refinished, case has been over polished, pushers and hands are wrong and the crystal is the wrong shape.

It did start life as an original 1133B, but it's had a lot of work since then

Holy hell wow. This is one of the worst 1133's I've ever seen!

To the OP @Franco333 - this is not meant to be disrespectful but you need to do a lot more research before buying one of these, or you should find a trustworthy dealer and pay a premium. You might also find success by buying a modern TAG Cal.11 edition Monaco.
