Just wanted to introduce myself. I couldn’t find the introductions thread and would not want to break protocol with my first post.

Child of the 70s. My father had a Rolex 1675, but what I really lusted for as a teenager was a Tag Heuer. Much older now and have had my share or Rolexes, Panerais and Sinns. But what I really enjoy is picking up parts and repair watches from the bay and restoring them. My projects:
Heuer 844
Heuer 844/4
Heuer 980.005
Heuer 980.013
Heuer 980.021
Heuer 989.027
Heuer 980.031

Looking forward to learning more from you.

I love these divers as well, you're certainly off to a great start! What's strikes me most is all have excellent lume markers.👍

Welcome to the forum! FYI, there actually is a thread to introduce yourself, it's pinned around the top: https://tagheuerforums.com/threads/welcome-to-the-calibre-11-tag-heuer-forums.18554/page-17

Great collection, love your passion for these vintage divers! 🥰 Your 980.005 Prototype is very cool! 😎

I see you have a TAG Heuer 1000 Night Diver and also a Heuer dial that looks to be somewhat under construction.
My Heuer 1000 Night Diver ref. 980.031L says "hello"! 😀

Haha. That’s unique. The only thing that worries me about the full lume dials is the attack of the green mold. You and Mspeedster are lucky that your dials look untouched!
