Hello all ,

would very much appreciate some assistance .
Sadly lost my father in February this year . Whilst going through his affects came across a tag watch .
Model appears to be WT1213 ? Tried looking at multiple sites but it’s confusing to say the least .
Any help or info greatly appreciated .

I’m sorry for your loss. Condolences to your family.

Would you care to share some pix of your father’s watch?

Sincere condolences to you and your family.

As Kappa says, pictures would be most helpful. The reference should be a quartz Link model (?).

Yes, it’s a quartz Link. Other more knowledgable members could chime in, but I believe these were the immediate successor to the s/el range, and ran from the late 90s to mid 2000s(?). These were very popular models alongside the 1500 and 2000 ranges - big volume pieces for TAG Heuer.

It’s a nice looking piece - there is no mistaking the shape of those bracelet links. A nice memento that you can wear and enjoy.

Many thanks RushDom . One last question please, it being a 37mm bezel would that be classed as a ladies watch ? I wear an iris aquis as a day to day and it seems very small in comparison , also my daughter is of an age were she would appreciate something like this especially for sentimental reasons and I wonder wether to gift it to her as something to treasure .

The 2 in the number WT1213 indicates 'midsize', so not necessarily a ladies watch, but certainly by today's standards this is seen as on the smaller side.

Girls/ladies wear all sizes now, she might just love it. Ask her, if not you can always keep it?
