Grainy Lume on Carrera CAR2B10

Greeting fellow TAG Heuer fans. I am looking to buy an authenticated TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre 36 CAR2B10 from a professional retailer in Japan via Chrono24 but worry about the grainy lume visible on the five-minute markers and the the hour hand and the minute hand. Has anyone come across this and could tell me the possible reasons for this. Thanking you all in advance.

That's very strange! It looks like grains on all the markers and both hands to me.

Never seen that before. If it were me, I'd pass on this one.
