·Anyone else get an email from WF offering a free service (and polish) for *any* watch? It seemed too good to be true, so I ignored it at first, but they sent me a reminder and I decided to send my Grand Carrera in. I thought, okay I'm going to have to insure the parcel for £1600, so that will cost a bit, but still...
But then WF said they will send me a pre-paid pack to return the watch in.
I got so suspicious that I actually contacted them to make sure I wasn't being scammed... but no it is genuine.
I guess they email is only going to people who have bought watches from them, but you don't have to send in watches that you bought from them. It seems a bit odd, but at the end of the day, if I get my GC serviced and refinished for nothing, then..... why the hell wouldn't I?
