Hi watch fans, I now have 2 F1 Series 1 watches from the 80's.
Just had this chrono serviced but unfortunately the end ring (see iamge) which holds the strap has now broken.
I had to replece the strap on my other Series 1 due to age, so I'm guessing this problem is the same.
Does anyone know where I can either get a new original strap or just the end piece?
Appreciate any help you can offer me.
    Thanks

Is the width of the strap on your F1 Chrono 18mm? If so, the replacement part number for the Red F1 strap is BS0085.

These used to be orderable via TAG Heuer authorized dealers for around $50, but recently have been discontinued. So your best bet is to set an alert in ebay, as they pop up from time to time. But the asking prices on ebay are typically much higher.

Alternatively, you can buy a generic red rubber strap loop for under $4 bucks and call it a day. The TAG end piece loop isn't sold separately.

Thanks very much for getting back to me. I think I will look out for the rubber belt loop cos I had to pay £125 for my last watch strap. Really appreciate the tips. Thnks
