E3 TAG Heuer Sports Synchronisation Issues

Just wondering if anyone else having issues with tag sports synchronising with the Tag app on an iPhone. My watch is connected and it has recorded some runs previously however my last 2 runs just will not synchronise. And then if you exit the run it doesn't seem to store than run in the exercise history on your watch. Don't really want to have to convert to using google fit.
