Connected E4 Missing the rubber ring around the crown

Last week i saw that i missed the rubber ring around the crown. I don’t know what happend but i think that it happend when i was busy with the christmas tree. So maybe it got stucked behind a twig . I couldn’t find the ring yet. I went to the dealer to asked to repair it, but they said they need to send it to Tagheuer and will take some months. Because tagheuer doesn’t send pieces to dealers.
I thing this is absurd because this ring doesn’t do much and if this is easily get whipped out when get stucked behind something, then it can be easily replaced.

Two questions:

• does more people experience this problem
• and how did you solved this.

Tag heure fixed mine foc even when the warranty had just expired. Its a common fault. Its a shame you have to send it and wait upt0 6 weeks as its an easy fix if you have the part.

I just had the same thing happen to my Tag Connected. The rubber ring around the crown is missing! Can’t Tag just send a new one?
Did you have to send to Tag just to put a rubber ring on it?

Unfortunately tag will not just send you the part as it’s so easy to slip it back on. You have to create a repair and send it into them, but they did fix mine after the warranty had expired

If you have a dealer in your country who is able to repair then it is possible that the dealer can order this rubber crown and repair it. But i take some time when tagheuer deliver the crown to the dealer. I’m now in that proces instead of sending my watch to swiss
