Hi. I’m new to this watch and app. I have used my E4 for a couple of runs now. When exercising the watch is showing my heart rate and the calories no problem.
When I save the workout the time and calories are saved but the heart rate activity analysis in the app states ‘no chart data available’ and all the heart rate data is blank.

Any ideas?
