This is my first post since finding the forum, so go easy!

I have a modular Connected 45, and yesterday whilst taking down the Xmas decorations (bah humbug) the blue bezel around my watch face has fallen off, and I cannot find it anywhere.

I have since contacted Tag, and I have to send my watch in for assessment, which may take up to 8 weeks. My watch is still under warranty but I just wondered if this is a common problem, and has it happened to anyone else. And if so is it covered under warranty or chargeable?

Something similar happened to me with my Calibre 5 analog module. The ceramic bezel just fell off when i was wiping my hands. I glued it back on myself using contact glue i use for my RC cars and it sits solid as a rock now. I do agree though, this shouldn't happen on a watch of this price point.

 

Has this happen to anyone else and the watch was outside the warranty? The bezel fell off alone with the plastic insert. My warranty expired Jan 2020, so I'm wondering if anyone else had the same issue before I reach out to Tag. Thanks in advance.

 

My bezel fell off and was lost, my warranty expired last March, I sent it off to LVMH Manchester in early January, they sent it off to Switzerland and it was repaired for free as a gesture of goodwill. Overall it took about 5 weeks as the Black ceramic bezel was out of stock.

They did give me alternative colours/materials to replace it if I required the watch back sooner. The service I received was excellent to be fair.

Hi I've now had two connected watches and both the bezels have come off. i have a feeling if you shower or swim in them it loosens the bezel.

 

Just reading a few older posts as i am interested. My bezel has twice fallen off, once i had it and once i never and both times Tag replaced it out of warranty.

Just curious but can you buy another bezel fro anywhere online without going through Tag ??

More seriously, I though initially that the bezels were part of the modular concept and could be purchased separately to change colors... but discovered they were part of the module so new modules should be purchased to get other colors...

 

I've seen the odd jibes about the watches made in China and not "Swiss Made" so just getting up to speed on things now lol
