Double tap at 12 to open the menu of all tap functions, or try my customized and simplified version of this face without menu, and with zoom adjusted to better fit our TH Connected:
-Tap center to zoom
-Tap logo to change dial (5 different dials)
-Tap right subdial to start/stop SW, and double tap to reset SW

Thanks Albert, the Grand Carrera worked no problem, it was this face that doesn't respond to taps on the watch or in the app

Ok, I see it now!

It seems that @connected1976 removed all the tap functions from this face -originally from Gavril Tardi- when he did this customized version, so it’s normal that it doesn’t respond to your taps
