I know there were 3rd party apps in the market, I had played with it few years ago. They should still be around, search in play store.

There is an always on option in your watch.
But it will dim a little bit. Don't know if you can bypass that. Also your second hand stops working. Maybe there is an app but I don't know that for sure.

The Aquaracer 72 from 2013 was the first TAG Heuer smartwatch (two years before launching the first Connected), but it was not released (just 50 pieces were made for the Oracle Team USA crew in the America’s Cup)
