Now that we have made the all four existing mechanical modules for the TAG Heuer Connected Modular 45, I think they deserve to be together in one post... like @Snowy did with his Calibre 5, Calibre 16, and Calibre Heuer 02 T mechanical modules in this picture 😉

So these are my final versions of the four existing mechanical modules. Unlocked links for WatchMaker app (with static back views):

Been working on this chrono alarm digital watch, it has no functions yet, but I like how it looks as a connected face

I love how these vintage Heuer digital faces look on our TH Connected (including the 2013 TH Aquaracer 72 smartwatch)

Our TAG Heuer Connected can proudly wear the digital faces of its ancestors, dating back to 1975 👍

Has anyone got a copy of the mcclaren 50 at the bottom of page 70 of this forum that performs well on the new 2020 connected? I find this one causes the notification and stat menu to stutter a little when scrolling and not be smooth like when using original faces. I'm guessing it's because the face was designed for a previous version of the watch?

I remember you already had same problem with this face, that Gen1 and Gen2 can wear without any problem:

I already commented you that if Gen3 had problems with that Calibre 16 face (which is not particularly hard for the watch), it also would have similar problems with many other WatchMaker faces

All these faces (including the McLaren 50) were designed in WatchMaker for any watch that has the WatchMaker app installed. They are not designed for any specific watch or TH Connected generation

@Ninja1400 commented -after experiencing same problems with that Calibre 16 face in his Gen3- that WatchMaker has still to launch a new version of the app, fully compatible with Gen3... so maybe this update could solve this problem with Gen3

Any news on that, @Ninja1400 ? Because I’m on iOS, and I don’t have a watch selector like in Android (I have just: “Apple Watch or Other”), so I don’t know whether the WM app is already fully compatible with Gen3 or not

Completely agree, I have two more for you to add to your collection, I used your CARRERA twin to create this Verona version and found an alternate Kentucky digi aswell.

Hi

Actually I seem to be getting the same issue with any watch face I download from here.

This makes me think like you said that watch maker needs to be updated.

I have however tried a couple of premium faces directly out of the watchmaker app and I get mixed results.

I didn’t have problem with this watchface in my 3Gen. It looks like fine ( Using watchmaker in iOS)

Great, thanks! 👍

I was thinking about this Kentucky with just one LCD screen, but you were quicker! 😁

I found some info and the reference numbers of your three vintage digital Heuer

The Kentucky is 105.703

The Verona Twin (Alarm) is 381.213 N

And the Chrono Alarm with calendar on the screen, is 980.010

It was not this Calibre 16 (mechanical module) face which gave problems to @B738 but another Calibre 16 Day Date face. If you want to test it in your Gen3, you have the link of that Day Date face and a video of my Gen2 M45 with that particular Day Date face, to compare the speed of scrolling:

Good info thanks, mine don't have any functions though, please add some and post them back on here, I've just not had the time; I'm still working during the lockdown

Does anyone know if this watchface exists for the connected 2020?
