1st of May... 26 years missing Ayrton Senna, the best F1 driver ever, and unforgettable TAG Heuer ambassador (in fact I became fan of TH because of him)... so today the watchface is dedicated to him 🙄

There are several TH “Senna Limited Edition” and “Senna Special Edition” watches, but only one was made with Ayrton’s involvement, the first one: the 1994 TAG Heuer 6000 Senna, made in three different sizes (gents, boy, and lady) and in limited (numbered) edition of 1000 pcs each size

I requested this 6000 Senna face to Gavril Tardi (IMO the best WM creator), and he was so kind to make it, using pictures of my actual 6000 Senna watch (gents size, WH1114) for the process.

This is my customized version of that Gavril’s face, to make it “lighter” for the battery (no moving reflections, no high res images, no menus, etc). There’s only one function: tap center to see another look of the dial, because it changes a lot in the actual watch depending on the light and angle

1978 Heuer Carrera Twin
the true TAG Heuer Carrera Connected ancestor

When I discovered the 1978 Heuer Carrera Twin, the only digital Carrera that had ever existed before the first Carrera Connected was launched in 2015, I wanted to make it in the WatchMaker app, and in two of its three versions: 371.253 N and 371.253 G. So this is for me the best of the vintage Heuer digital watchfaces for our Carrera Connected... mainly because it’s a Carrera!

And after some confinement hours working on it, starting from scratch with some pictures, this is the final result 😀

Pictures in dimmed mode, AOD on, Automatic bright on. Digital screen works as in the actual Carrera Twin (three different modes, as explained in the brochure), but it always shows the watch battery level when dimmed.

New to all this ... I normally use the link and import to WatchMaker ... with the Dropbox link do I have to save the file first ?
No it's the same copy link and import to watchmaker
