Seriously, though: measure the outer and inner diameter and I'll take a look.

Found it!

Seriously, though: measure the outer and inner diameter and I'll take a look.

Seams to be about 33/33.5 mm inside and around 36 outside

Haven't had any luck - are you sure those dimensions are correct? Can you measure with a caliper?

You can try local watchmakers - take your existing clickspring in to them. It may be that you have to send it to TAG Heuer to get a replacement, however.
