Chrono minute hand not resetting

Heuer 02 movement
6mo old under warranty
Just today the chronograph minute register stopped resetting to 30/0 sometimes it resets to 29, sometimes to 28.
I’ve initiated a service request with TAG I’m just wondering if this is a common issue with this movement?
Also, I understand service can take months but I was also wondering if warranty repairs take any priority?

Some people in the forum have had experience with the chrono minute hand not resetting to 0, me included. I have not sent mine for repair though since it only happens if I stop the chronograph during a certain interval. It always resets for me if I run the chrono again and reset.
