Maybe not. I bought a CAU2112 once, and was very disappointed to find that only the hands were lumed (even though the hours were bright orange). I suspect you may have some lume on your hands, but it's grey so probably pretty rubbish, the red is probably just paint.
Try shining a torch on the hands and see if they have any glow at all, if not then maybe that's just paint too. I don't think it means your watch is fake, I just think these particularly models were just supposed to be 'blacked out'.
