Trying to help a good friend of mine, whose looking to purchase a watch to celebrate his 2nd child. (where have i heard this before!).

Now he's not a watch guy, but anything he gets into he goes deep. Originally he loved the look of the 'John Mayer' gold/ green Rolex - I'm put his mind to rest on this!

He then cam back with some Breitling Chrono's green dial - nice.

Likes the Speedy - but worries about the 42mm size.

Tried on the green Carrera Chrono - but 44mm & felt this was too big.

Have I imagined a green dial Carrera Elegant, I showed him pictures of the WoS one I owned and he likes its, but I'm sure there was a green variant, or in the pipeline?

He's also keen on the Tudor Panda and non panda chrono.

Just advise on the green if anyone knows.

I hear ya, those arabic dials always look great IMHO.

Dates I could do without - symmetry dude! Least a 6pm date works

How about the green glassbox Carrera?

 

Of if he wants something even smaller, there's a rumored green among the new 36mm Carreras.

Indeed, @Mspeedster. Had it on the wrist a few days ago.

 

I tried this and the black/gold version on recently - I did think they were large, but it wouldn’t be enough to put me off. Part of the character of the watch! Green dial was particularly beautiful.
