Hi,
I would like to buy one of these 2 carrera ..
in case already having on of them, could you please help regarding its movement ? reliable ?
is it an issue having date at 12 regarding reverse panda one ?
is there really 80 hours power reserve ?

The TH20 movement is basically the same as the Heuer02 movement with some slight improvements. The H02 has been around since 2017 and was renamed TH20 last year. The current TH20 is used in many models and is considered to be a premier in-house movement. I own 3 watches with this movement and haven't had any problems. Reliability shouldn't be a concern.

Having the date at 12 o'clock should make no difference from a reliability perspective. The only issue is visibility, since the date is partially blocked by the chrono hand. The positioning at 12 on the reverse panda pays tribute to an old '60s Carrera called the Dato, which also had the date at 12.

Yes, it really has 80 hours of power reserve.
