Brought this home 5 years ago today... hard to believe it's been that long!
Would have had a red one instead of my present grey but my wife is not good with red cars, another new revision of the S2 is rumoured as an Acura, I'll believe it when it hits the showrooms. That one is SHINEY.

I hope the S2000 makes a comeback (probably next after the Integra 😗😗)

We'll see how the Integra goes. I give it a 50-50 chance of being either a worthy successor, or a bloated heavy luxury thing trading on a name. The NSX was so close to being great, but then they stuffed it full of unnecessary, expensive, heavy hybrid stuff that nobody wanted.

Red is the only color for me! It's funny, there are plenty of grey or black S2000s around but only mine seems to really get noticed much 😉 Of course, it doesn't help that I don't quite like being the center of attention. But the car is just too perfect in this shade of red 🥰

In this day and age of turbocharged everything, I highly doubt any new S2000 successor will really capture the spirit of the original, though

Back in the 80’s this was one of ‘the’ cars to have. Haven’t seen one in the wild in forever. Top down, it’s a great California car.

At a mixed race/show meet over the weekend a selection of American hot rods were around, this was my favourite(today).

Amongst the cars on track was a 103 Ford Anglia, 1940s model, drag car, 2000hp, 0-60 in .........0.8second. No pictures cause we both thought each other was taking them.::facepalm1::

Almost certainly requires serious training to manage, but no, not necessarily. Because if you think 0-60 in 0.8sec is fast, try hitting 100mph in that time instead! (which an American NHRA Top Fuel dragster is capable of, on its way to 300mph in just 600 feet)

Wow, just TAG before Heuer acquisition?
Engineering company before it had anything to do with watches. TAG Group still exists today.
