How do you go about getting hold of the 10% off QR Code for Bicester? Picking up something for the Wife and missed the 10% 2 weeks ago, as the main Bicester website suggested it was in all month and into January. They mentioned that only the QR Code is acceptable now. Looking to order this afternoon…
I wouldn't be so sure on that to be honest, but maybe... there has always been a thing in Bicester where you can get an extra 10% VIP discount, but it wasn't on everything.
I heard about it being around Black Friday previously but didn’t pursue it last year. It’s the VIP discount and I think the 10% is available in anything with 40% or less discount. I can definitely confirm that it’s acceptable in a 30% piece, as made an order for my Wife earlier.
My Wife wanted a Quartz, as wants to just pick up and wear as and when it suits. She had a good look at lots of brands and decided TAG Heuer was for her and likes the Aquaracer best. She doesn’t like diamonds in watches and blue is her colour, so ended up choosing WBD1312.BA0740.
Got to say that the service at Bicester was great, considering I am buying remotely as live too far away. Sent me videos of a few, both inside and out, and were very patient answering questions and measuring for me.
They are excellent people. Who did you speak to? Very nice watch that is too. Very elegant. I think most women prefer quartz... it makes a lot of sense.
Hence my sudden interest in the US TAG Heuer outlet stores. At nearly 50% off, a heritage Autavia H02 might be tempting. Despite its flaws compared to the original, it's still a very nice watch.
Ah yes Liam loves all things bling! He has a diamond earring. Well, maybe not actually diamond.... but he's a good chap anyway.
It was the colour I was originally thinking about for myself, but just couldn’t not buy the Orange. Will dovetail nicely.
Right, you have me hooked..I am heading to the UK next week for a few weeks and have the chance to finally swing by Bicester! Have messaged them about this. @bpsmith do you mind sharing what you found please?
Shame our bumbling idiots in power (Chancellor of the exchequer) removed the VAT-free sales, otherwise you’d get your 20% (less after costs) VAT back too, which made outlet shopping a massive bonus. I’d always buy more than I needed when back in the UK because of the VAT return. In the summer I did the same but now only because of the exchange rate. Silly move scrapping the scheme as will reduce spending in the future from tourists.
