Bezel paint fix

Not sure what to call it when paint comes of the markers or numerals on the bezel, but is this something that is covered by the warranty, specifically a Tag warranty? If not can anyone tell me how much it might cost to have a single marker repainted, if it's even possible?

I tried something similar on a G-Shock and the results were not favorable. I would rather have it done by the service center if it's covered.

Well, I guess it would be reasonable to assume it was if it's still under warranty?
