Bezel for Deep Diver Series 180.123, 980.023, etc.

I am on the search for a bezel for a 180.123. I was curious if anyone here knew if the bezels for these series of divers were interchangeable. Lots of different variants in similar cases such as 980.023N, 980.023L, 180.023 and others. Just to clarify I am looking for the rotating knurled ring, not the timing inlay. Judging from web photos they look very much the same in regards to the bezel, but before I find a sacrificial watch I was hoping someone had more experience whether they all are the same.
