Autavia hybrid?

While surfing the web, I came across this ad for an Autavia for sale. I contacted the seller for pictures and this is what he sent. I've never seen a bezel like this, the back references a different model, the leather strap appears to be 1-piece & is screwed down and the crown isn't marked. What is this piece?

Sorry- that's a fake. Likewise, I've never seen a strap like this...one piece!
