With the bracelet it looks pretty substantial, dare I say it makes the one with the strap seem "light".

100% right. It's a very hefty watch on the bracelet. The Black one has a Titanium case, so you really notice the weight difference between the two

I suppose the bracelet model may be the biggest seller, due to its more traditional style over the more modern black titanium one.
