I am going to be nice. https://petrolicious.com/articles/this-alfa-romeo-gtv-1750-was-love-at-first-street-parked-sight
The livery looks nice but it being on a Sauber, I've just had to watch another brand I like languishing a the back (McLaren), it'll be sad seeing Alfa as backmarkers
My company has headquarters just a stone throw from AR Museum and last week we spent a day over there for a team building event...
Not sure how reliable the source is...but fingers crossed- Alfa Romeo 6C http://www.thedrive.com/sheetmetal/17866/alfa-romeo-6c-rumored-to-make-a-comeback-in-2020
This has been doing the rounds since God was a boy. Looks lovely though, like an F Type Coupe with a scudetto stuck on the front
Ahhh! On my short-list of just two in 1981 when I wanted a new car. Lovely engine (2.5 V6), good gear box, but nearly everything else -- WHY did they do it like that? The Italian driving position I could live with, but a rear tail-gate with fixed top, can't put anything on it, can't put put much under it. I needed a car I could leave in the airport parking lot (Boston Logan) and just get back in after a week in Detroit and know I was home again. So I bought an Audi. Slug of an engine (2.2 inline 5), brakes faded coming down from the mountains of Massachusetts (North-east of Tanglewood) -- I don't think my passenger realised, she was never backward about coming forward about my driving.
I did spy this one the other day...and noted that comment "..with nothing to spend on it at all". For a brief moment I wondered if that could be true... The I read down further: "The radio doesn’t go, but with the pop and crackle of the engine sounding so good, why would you ever want it to?" http://www.jensenclassics.co.nz/cars-for-sale/1986-alfa-romeo-sprint-1-5-qv/
this will be competing in this years BTCC HMS_029-720x400.jpg Sorry can't get the picture to open normally.
I had an alfa gt for several years and loved it. Replaced it with a bmw 4 series and although it was a better car by almost every rational measure it just didn't have the same personality and i never had the same affection for it.
I do love the three headlight thing that Alfa has going on, looks super mean in the rear view mirror.

...and we have news of a new 8C and GTV coming. Sounds like the GTV will be a coupe Giulia, but the 8C will be all-new. Good times coming...
