Aftermarket rubber straps for Aquaracers

Recently got my WAY2113 serviced and bought a new curved rubber strap for it from Zealande. Got an Aqua Terra about four years ago with a steel bracelet, so the Aquaracer was relegated to the watch winder to collect dust. Needed something to spice it up and set it apart from my other watches to inspire some wrist time. Couldn’t be happier with the result. It hasn’t left my wrist aside from sleeping and showering since I got it back.

Don’t know what other options there are aside from the OEM rubber strap from TAG, but I much prefer the look of this one. Out of curiosity, has anyone had luck finding curved rubber straps that fit the case aside from the ones from TAG or Zealande? Don’t seem to be many options out there.

Here’s the link to Zealande’s website for those who are interested- https://zealande.com/

Customer service was incredible; a rep emailed me 10 mins after I placed my order to ensure that I’d selected the right strap for my reference number. Ships from France (I’m in South Carolina), but it arrived a lot quicker than I expected.

The strap itself is made of “FKM Vulcanized rubber” and manufactured in Switzerland according to their website. It’s extremely comfortable, and a lot lighter than the stainless steel bracelet that came with the watch. Fits the case very well, giving it the integrated look I was shooting for. The material and construction seem to be very sturdy, and based on my half-assed internet research, vulcanized rubber is supposed to be the bee’s knees.

I’d love to see what other people have found if they’ve been able to locate curved rubber straps for their Aquaracers, or any watch honestly. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas!!!!!

Thanks, here another shot of the straps.
May I ask how long you have owned the Aquaracer and how the cal 5 is performing for you?

I bought it in 2016 and I sent it for service at TH service center in 2020 due intermittent clicking sound when winding and faster by 8 spd. After service within -2 and +4 spd.
