Looks like a composite strap and the switching is lumed. Don't ask me how or why.
LE to 600 pieces I believe.

It is clearly made for extreme driving in pitch dark. Marketing campign will show Steve MacQueen going 380 km/h at night on a track in pitch black cock pit.

Maybe it's SMQ driving a powerboat, at night.... just to give it that 'it's not really a dive watch per se, but it is a kind of water based adventure racing dress chrono vibe'.
