Looks great if you hold your thumb over the cyclops. Loving the red triangle and fauxtina

Looks better here than the leaked pic I saw a couple of weeks ago. The lume is less nasty for sure.

Do I wanna pay £4100 for it though..... no I do not.

Er, wuut?
I haven't seen a cyclops at 6'o clock position - have there been any more like these?

Superb fit on the endlinks

is that any different to other current aquaracers?

All the 43mm Aquaracers have a 6 o clock cyclops.
It was their distinguishing feature on release.
I say distinguishing... it was more a case of people pointing and laughing
But they've got over it

Thankfully you can avoid that by buying a green 40mm instead.

Having said that, the cyclops isn't that noticeable as it's under the glass.

So, in contrast to the green, non-LE titanium one this WoS one now has titanium case and bracelet in “normal” metal tone?

I’ll say it quietly, but looks like a complete mix-match of the BB58 & Pelagos. Limited to 500, which may take some time to shift!

Doesn't it. I'm not sold on it 100% but I'd take it over either of those for sure

The price stings, though…
What does the normal, green titanium one go for in the UK?

I have to say though, that I don't really appreciate this idea of reimagining the Aquaracer as a 'vintage' diver. I know TAG want us to believe the fairytale that the Aquaracer is in fact the 1000 Series, but it isn't. It's a mish mash of the 2000 and 3000 Series, a gloriously avant-garde mish mash for sure, but putting retro fauxtina on it is a dick move in my honest opinion.

OK. So more like 3k to 3.5k street price…
Well - good luck to WoS moving these (I do believe they still had the 42mm “Elegant” Panda Carreras around for quite some time?)

Given the history of the 1000 and the success of the bb58, there seems like an opportunity to create a reasonably faith modern interpretation of the 1000.
