Playing with the WatchMaker app, I made three alternative dials without the red hands. So which version do you prefer? Does anyone have a different suggestion? I thought of dark or black hands, but then it would lose a lot of readability This is the original dial (made by @connected1976 , and slightly customized); This is the most JPS/Art Deco version, with all hands in gold: This one is switching red hands by white hands: And this one is switching red hands by orange hands:
Dempsey was wearing the Dark Lord tribute too for most of the weekend. But I also saw that he was wearing a gold Carrera. Either the JH88 or perhaps a vintage 1158CHN, couldn't tell for sure from the pics I saw. The lady is Simone Ashley an actress. Sort of in the same league as Elordi, she's been in some popular Netflix series like Bridgerton and Sex Education. Speaking of which, my wife knew who Jacob Elordi was, since she's watched several of his Netflix series and movies as well. He usually plays a High School teen in those. My wife likes Bridgerton, so I guess she knows Simone Ashley too. LOL
One thing's for sure - in contrast to à certain number of other brands, TH knows how to bang the PR drum AND make the new models available in store simultaneously… First (?) Dark Lords v2 also sold in France and posted on SM:
Well done to those who have picked one up; I like the dlc Monaco. Think this is a nice addition to the line up. But the price… no bracelet… and no chronometer certification…
