Just hoping it doesn't fall in the 6800 (dark lord) category

US pricing is $7150. More than the H02s before, but we are post- April price hike season so it's standard Monaco money these days.

I just met the purple Monaco in person this afternoon though and I think it's worth the money. Gorgeous.

I meant 6800£ for the dark lord here in UK. I still love the 211P with the classic Cal. 11, plus costs lesser also - double bonus!!!!

No, it’s H02. I think there are still a few Cal 11 models in the pipeline but they are not making as many of those anymore.

Update my mate got the call to pay and have the Ti DLC Monaco, but couldn't get to the store to try it on, he was on the fence considering the price (plus unsure if could send it back if not for him) He declined, but has now just picked up a BB58 from the same contact at the store and is over the moon

Just got some info from the Tag boutique in London that they've been told that the Dark Lord revival would be a 500 piece production only. This came as a surprise as I thought it's not meant to be a limited edition. Next batch is expected in 3-4 months time.

Just got some info from the Tag boutique in London that they've been told that the Dark Lord revival would be a 500 piece production only. This came as a surprise as I thought it's not meant to be a limited edition. Next batch is expected in 3-4 months time.
500 is a fair number that most people who really want one should be able to get it. I guess TAG need to decide how many to produce for every model they release, even if non-limited. If they make 500 now, that doesn't mean they can't or won't make some later on I guess, although they may not if they think they won't be able to sell them all. Remember that some of the "limited edition" watches they did struggled to sell in high numbers, example, the Silver 160th Carrera, which although sold out now I think, took quite a while to sell all the 1860 pieces made. Of course there's also always the possibility that the TAG boutique say things like that to try and drum up interest, not that I'd accuse anyone of deliberately making it up.

Popular tactic in sales, especially second hand or sale items, ie, "you're the second person looking at this today", not that I ever did this.😗

Let's not forget that £7000 is on the high side of what people are prepared to pay for a TAG Heuer.

Speaking of recent limited editions, Watchfinder have a green Carrera (£7225), a 1999-2009 Monaco (£6000) and two Montreals (£5145ea) in stock at the moment.
